The place needs updating
The rooms were ok
Tight with Towels ( the smallest I’ve even seen )
Tight with water I paid for a double room on my own to get 2 towels and 2 bottles of water was hard work
It is situated outside the main area about a 40 min walk but is 8 min from tube
Breakfast was one day Japanese next day western and so on
Breakfast was a 2 out 10

低於平均與朋友同行
This hotel is very tired in the rooms and bathroom especially. The items provided in the room were poor and small quantities. Ie coffee and tea facilities. The towels were too small. The staff were very tight with requests. Could not get a coffee at breakfast (said happy to pay and still refused) as I had to pay for a whole breakfast I didn’t want. I asked for water and only allowed me to take water from the jug as I was a guest. Breakfast was poor and limited choice. Expensive in respect of what was offered. Hence not wanting it.
