Pros - Right on the Seawall beaches. Bed very comfortable. Soaps provided were nice. Breakfast was outstanding. Indoor pool is nice. Cons - Bed was not made and no housekeeping came by. Asked if we could have housekeeping and just received an I don’t know response. One elevator didn’t work. At that property you really do need one to go down to the parking garage. So the elevator was very crowded and long wait times.

Only one elevator was working. The AC on the hallways, reception, and breakfast area were off. The bathroom ceiling was covered with black mold. Worst hotel ever.

The property pictures show ocean views yet I was told that the King rooms do not have ocean views after I booked 3 nights with a balcony. Jen I walked into a room that looked like someone was still in it. The bed was not made, trash and towels dirty on the floor. I was then placed in an ADA room with a view of the condos next door and street light that shined directly into my room. There was no hot water, I took lukewarm showers. The room floor felt dirty and I found trash from the last occupant behind the trash can. The halls smelled of mold and there was what looked like mold on the bathroom ceiling. The ac leaked in the bathroom right where the toilet sat. The bed, however, was clean and comfortable.

It worked as a place to stay. Staff was friendly, but the place is old and run down. One of the elevators isn't working, probably hasn't in a long time. Door to staircase was locked, which is a firecode violation. Its just an old rundown facility, but if just want somewhere to sleep, it works.

The room was not ocean view like at the site. Over priced. Housekeeping staff was rude!!!

Definitely on the lower end of the Hilton Brand. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. If you are going on a cruise or spending a majority of time at the beach then this hotel isn't bad at all.

Great stay right across the street

My kids were about to go to sleep and as they pulled out the blanket, they saw a yellow spot and smells like pee..so I went and smelled it and I went to the front desk and told her about it and to tell house keeper to change the sheets. Front desk said they don’t have night house keeper so she gave me new sheets and for me to change them myself…so I pulled the sheets out and started to noticed that it wasn’t going to work because the pee smells was beyond the sheets. I went back to the front desk and told her. She texted her manager and they gave us another room

The room is clean and good. Staffs are helpful and approachable. The hotel is in very nice location and close to everything especially to the beach. However I was disappointed that there was no microwave in the room and would have been nice if there was a hot breakfast.
