The hotel is small and very user friendly. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and tasty. The location is good and very convenient if you are planning to use the light rail. There is tea, coffee and water as well as some fruit available all day long. Parking was easy and safe. The room was clean and comfortable.

I had such a beautiful time staying at The Joseph Hotel. What originally drew me to choose this hotel was the name “Joseph,” as Joseph was the name of my grandfather, so I felt personally inclined to stay there. From the moment I arrived, the owner was incredibly kind and welcoming. He graciously upgraded my room free of charge, which made the experience feel even more special. The staff was very attentive and helpful in guiding me around the city, offering tips on how to navigate and get around Tel Aviv with ease. One of the things I especially loved was the location — it was close to everything, and I was able to walk almost everywhere. I even walked to the beach my first day there, and the first thing I did after arriving was go for a swim in the Mediterranean, which felt unforgettable and set the tone for such a beautiful stay. Overall, I felt very comfortable, cared for, and connected during my time there. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tel Aviv.

The staff was great, but honestly the pictures for me wasn’t like real life. I would not call it a hotel. It’s more like a nice hostel.

This is an excellent hotel and highly recommended. It was only a few minutes walk to the beach and everything Jaffa has to offer. The light rail directly outside the front door, provided easy access to the Airport, 5 stops on the light rail, a few minutes walk, then the train to the Airport. The rooms were very clean and maintained well. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the daily breakfast was excellent and the coffee/tea and cakes 24 hours per day were an added bonus. Given prices generally in Israel, this hotel was excellent value for money and we would have no hesitation returning to this hotel again, next time we are in Israel.
