Staff are really good rooms are super clean and loads to do.
I could not get my room cool my whole trip. The AC was complicated and even when I asked it just didn’t work. That and baggage drop of are normally all I look for in a hotel so was disappointed it didn’t really work.

I've stayed here about 12x.
When visiting from America, I feel at home at the hotel.
The staff is beyond friendly, cordial, respectful, and accommodating.
The location is perfect for seeing Berlin.
Please don't tell to many people about this gem.
I don't want them raising their rates!

The staff were all amazing! They were all very helpful. Laundry and dryer were a plus. The location very close to station and bus. Would stay again .
