The location is nice, about a 10-minute walk from the main bus and island ferry terminals. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet, but still features some pretty tasty local restaurants and a convenience store nearby. The service is limited in some ways (reception hours, etc as stated in advance) but very friendly and responsive. The room seemed in good condition, and a solid value for the price. Some little nitpicks regarding cleanliness - a couple crevices where dust had accumulated (i.e. on top of door hinges), and lint build-up around some edges inside the washing machines. Nothing particularly egregious however. Would choose again for a pleasant, very affordable stay.

石垣住みの友人の家に近かったのでこちらに決めました。施設は古そうですが清潔でとても静かで落ち着けました。ただ、エアコンが壊れていたため部屋を大きいのにかえてくれました。キッチン、レンジなどがあるので自炊もできそうです。ホテルの近くには朝食専門のお店もあるそうです。

コストパフォーマンスは非常に良いと思いました。低予算の方にはオススメです。

Next to monorail from airport and also bus station. Washing machine, microwave, fridge. Food places around.

Room is spacious than other hotels in japan, got a proper fridge and microwave, better to provide some cookware as there’s a stove insidecthe room

New hotel with good conditions. Everything is good expect the breakfast which put in the hotel lobby and required to pick up yourselves. It was already cold even you took it at 7:30.

Brand new hotel in 2018. Spacious room with balcony. 10 minutes walk from bus terminal. Nice and helpful staff. Front desk available at 3:00pm daily not 1:00pm as stated at CheapTickets web. Bento breakfast without drinks is not recommended.
