There's absolutely nothing to criticise about this hotel. It's expensive but the service is faultless, the food is great with a marvellous breakfast and the location is stunning. It fully deserves 5 stars.

很好 The room and facilities are great however we could not get a chaise at the pool as most of them were booked yet they were empty. Guest just leave a hat or some personal property and don't come back for hours. Went down to swim at the exclusive "beach area" but sea water was dirty.

Absolute perfection! The Hotel is absolutely beautiful but it was the staff who made it so womderful.
They were very kind, thoughtful and caring which made our stay a perfect 10/10.
We had a few lunches/dinners at the Hotel and food was delicious.

This is a beautiful hotel with a wonderful location in Sorrento which makes it very easy to get around. We enjoyed the dining room and veranda/bar areas and it perfectly matched our needs. The staff is very attentive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It has beautiful grounds with gardens and the rooms are very silent. The views of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius are stunning. We would recommend this to any traveler.
