Not worth the price. Spend your money elsewhere and enjoy real amenities and good service.

Ok location (15 min walk to Old Town). Hotel was very modern and clean. Room was comfortable. Layout works for a couple (not a lot of separation between bathroom area and bedroom). In an older residential area so views from the room were mid. Parking garage was tight. Had to park in city deck first night (€29) because hotel garage was full.

Wonderful hotel and lovely staff who were always helpful. Excellent location with everything you need in close walking distance. Rooms were spacious and well kept, and breakfast buffet was always delicious.

We had a lovely, relaxed stay and the plunge pool on the roof was a delight. Highly recommend

Lovely staff and a good location for wandering around San Sebastián good facilities like a gym and a roof terrace. Only issue is the rooms are quite small. Perfect for a couple of nights

Great facilities and excellent customer services. Well located, chilled ambiance, very welcoming. We had some issues with the bed being on hard side our usual comfort sleep but staff were propmpt in providing a mattress topping. The only negative aspect was parking charges being quite steep. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Modern, very clean, well maintained hotel with excellent staff and good facilities (spa was a nice extra included in the price). Only minor criticism was functionality of the room - not enought space for hanging clothes and not enough sockets (can't use the hairdryer in front of a mirror and can't plug in the kettle anywhere convenient).

This was a very pleasant stay - the rooms and big and clean and the hotel staff is soooo wonderful. I love the quirkiness of the rooms and amenities. You can tell everything is designed to make you feel comfortable and welcome. The spa downstairs is great too! There’s location is good - it’s about 10 minutes from the train and the beach and 20 minutes to the old town (by foot). There’s some things around the hotel, like a few restaurants but mostly it’s fairly quiet area. The rooftop was slightly disappointing - I thought it would be more lively, with a bar or something but overall when I stayed it was mostly an older crowd. The restaurant only does breakfast too, which I wasn’t expecting. Overall I felt comfortable and at home in this hotel!

The staff was so friendly and helpful! They gave lots of great recommendations! It’s a 15 minute walk to old town but we enjoyed the location! Very quiet at night.
