The location of the property was close to the airport. One thing unique about the hotel is they would shuttle you to restaurants because they are not as close as on other properties. The hotel was very nice and the staff was friendly.

Breakdast was fresh, good and several choices for food.

Convenient to airport. Hotel provided shuttle. Hotel was modern, up-to-date with friendly and helpful staff. A well run and managed Marriott operation.

The Fairfield by Marriott was a fine place to stay. We would go back without hesitation.

Excellent service, special mention Luke of front desk. Airport shuttle was also great.

Check-in time is 3pm. I arrived at 3pm. Told my room wasn't ready and they would call me when it is. I waited for about 90 minutes. No call. I went back to front desk and got checked in as a room was available. It's bad that the room wasn't available on-time. It's worse that they told me they would call me when a room is available but then did not. Breakfast was meh.

Good choice

The breakfast was OK and equivalent to others. The shuttle had some mechanical difficulties, but they had a substitute. Staff was very helpful in setting up a shuttle service to the docks for our cruise. I understand not being able to check in early, but when alternatives are available, they should be offered. After waiting several hours and missing the projected time I asked again and another clerk said we do not have any kings available, but we do have queens. That was fine. I just wish that was offered many hours earlier.
