master Mirabell

Master Mirabell has a GREAT location. We were so close to the Mirabell gardens, palace and easy to get to other areas. The hotel is more like a long term stay sort of arrangement with a washer/dryer in the lower level and kitchenettes in the rooms. The a/c didn't work well in one of our rooms, communication with the host was great and they offered fans to help cool things down. To be fair, it was in the mid 90s and very hot so not surprising that a/c wasn't keeping up. One minor annoyance, I booked 2 rooms together and we were placed in rooms in separate but connecting buildings. It made it confusing for my 86 year old Dad Overall a good stay and I would stay here again if traveling in Salzburg.

It was a very hot day and air conditioning was not effective.

Great place to stay with spacious rooms and clean facility. Would recommend. Host responds fast.

We stayed a week as family and using Salzburg as base to many tourists location. Good location, clean pand nice property. It also has free self service laundry machines/dryer which is useful.

Great stay, highly recommend

Location, location, location!! Check in was easy and our host outstanding. Having laundry facilities was a plus. The shower and water pressure was excellent. We had everything we needed. We would stay again. Thanks you so much

excellent

The online check in via WhatsApp was seamless. The room was great and we really liked the added touches that made it feel a little more special (e.g. the communal terrace, the free biscuits and sweets by the main entrance). The finish of the whole building felt very premium and the location was great. One piece of feedback would be clearer instructions as to where to get additional suppliers from the pantry (e.g. replacement towels and bottled water). Also not sure why the kitchen didn't have any cooking facilities but had a dishwasher.

Great location. Our last night the A/C wasn’t working. Quiet and convenient.

Perfect place to visit Salzburg. Easy check In, clean room, fee laundry and near the train station. There is also a bus stop (mirabelplatz) near where you can catch the 150 to get to the lake region. I would definitely come back!
