Short stayover - University pick up. have used previously. Good location. Easy parking. Would recommend

Room was great for what I needed the staff could not do enough to help , room air on em was great and very quiet at night , the only downer was breakfast poor cold fruit selection and hot food wasn’t hot bacon lukewarm and not cooked enough

Excellent staff, great hotel with everything you expect Love the decor in the rooms, free WIFI, very clean, nice restaurant and love additional pillows in the room which a great!!

Clean room. Good breakfast. Person who checked me in was less than welcoming, but was not seen again and other staff members were really helpful.

Clean. Room was a lot smaller than I expected. Limited shelf space in the bathroom. Ok for overnight but not a long stay. Good bar and restaurant space. Good central location. Staff were helpful.

Breakfast good but too expensive

Location of the hotel was good. Overall clean. Parking is opposite and £10 for 24 hr or hourly in parking behind hotel. Check in was easy. VIP free drink unlike other hotels were restricted in choice. MAJOR PROBLEM: The room sink was blocked and leaking and the main light not working. I could not fill the kettle with water for coffee. When I complained, just a smile and thank you for letting us know - no apologies - nothing.
