Everything was good

Good location, friendly staff, very convenient, lovely breakfast. I was pleased to have a bath in the room. Good price. Would definitely stay here again 😀

i like this hotel, it's not the best location, but everything else was pleasant.. for what i paid, i have no complains.

I was scammed by the staff about the “free” Breakfast and forced to pay extra 16 Euros or Police! other than other issues

Overall the value was decent. But showing my partner my home country, this hotel was not a good example. The photos do not do justice. The breakfast was okay, the dining experience was not great as the window was wide open and cold winds coming in. The worker(s) had their own music on loud and it was not a relaxing type for guests. I, personally, would not return here.

Very clean, comfortable room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. It’s in a nice neighborhood that feels very safe. It’s close to public transportation, a small supermarket, and some nice local restaurants. The biggest negative was no air conditioning. Even with a fan, the afternoon was pretty unbearable. Given how nice the hotel is, it seems a prudent idea would be to install some air conditioners in the rooms. We would stay there again if that were the case.

The Tripp Inn was very nice if you are looking for a budgeted minded hotel. The neighborhood is a quiet residential area. The subway was very near for access to anywhere in Frankfurt. The hotel its self was very clean. However do to Covid and conditions they were not offering the items such as breakfast and the bar advertised. We didn't know until we checked in. The showers in the room are the weirdest set up I have seen in many miles of traveling.

Hotel rooms are great. Reception could do with an update. Free street parking is available if you can find a space
