Love it !

Disappointing that the breakfasts were not included as per their website. Found upon arrival that you had to be staying in the "Guest House" to get the free breakfast. $65.00 per day resort fees seems exorbitant as did the $50.00 per night to park our golf cart. Had a ceiling fan malfunction that we had to address with the front desk four different times. Hotel was nice but these issues would give us pause to stay there ever again.

This resort is a mix of several bed and breakfasts. We were in the Avalon which was very hard to find. Had to ask several staff members where it was and finally got someone to escort us. The king room was just that a king bed. No space to walk around the bed, no space for luggage. It felt like an inside cabin on a cruise ship. No where to sit other than the bed. Bathroom really small. We would guess that if assigned to another building or room style we might have enjoyed it more. It was convenient for the trolley and the breakfast served was great. The cafe on the beach was sub par food. I wouldn’t recommend it.

No direct beach access and also lie/deceive about “beach views” from room. We paid for an “ocean view” which turned into a street view that was a 1.5 mile walk to the closest usable beach. The staff were all rude, excluding a few bartenders. In addition to terrible service and lying about views, the whole resort smelled and was inconveniently set up. Our lights/fan in our room would turn on and off randomly. During the check in process, they charged a non-disclosed $1,000 “deposit” which was just a scam to get me to pay extra at their overpriced bars and terrible (in both quality of food and service) restaurant. The Keys are filled with wonderful people and beautiful views, but those people and views are not located on the Southernmost Beach Resort. DO NOT STAY YOURE BETTER OFF AT A MOTEL/ CHAIN LOCATION.

Great property at a great location. The plunge pool was a hit with the kids. The property management was amazing, super helpful and responsive.

Rooms are very nice, new and clean. Resort is nice. Fitness center machines were all broken except 2 which was inconvenient when the gym had more than 2 people.

The resort was good, the only thing was the seaweed which is out of control of the property, not their fault. It was so smelly and they were attempting to clear it at times which is probably futile! Otherwise it was clean and in a good location.

The room was very clean. The staff was helpful.

Great stay! Beach access, many pools and fun activities. Staff on site is great. Would recommend!
