A return stay to this property did not disappoint! We stayed a few days in May and again for a few days in June. Staff was very helpful and professional. Great location for things we wanted to see and do this trip. Room was comfortable - just right for us. Enjoyed the breakfast and dinner/lounge also. Would recommend!

Staff were very helpful. We came earlier than check in and allowed us to store our bags. The gym was small but equipped enough for basic workout.

Check-in was a bit of a nightmare - despite communication beforehand where the hotel assured that all would be well. It wasn't. Other than that, great hotel, great location, great stay.

We stayed in one of their renovated rooms which was beautiful. My only comment would be the bath/shower. The partial glass barrier that protects the water from flooding the bathroom is too short, water splashes onto the floor. As well it’s a challenge getting out. I know people sometimes prefer baths but a shower stall would have been more practical because it’s a small bathroom. They are in the process of renovating all of the rooms. The hotel location is amazing, lots of access to restaurants. There is a new food hall that opened up very close to it. The area is quiet. We would highly recommend it. We wanted to thank Edward Parkes the Concierge at the hotel for his assistance with a problem we had with the car service. The staff at the hotel were wonderful shout out to the cleaning staff. The breakfast was great, lots of healthy options. We had dinner at the restaurant very good but expensive.

Ideal location and the most friendly staff possible! They went above and beyond for us several times! Strongly recommend!

What a lovely stay we had at the Radisson Blu in Covent Square/Seven Dials! The staff was phenomenal. You would have thought we were at a luxury resort with the level of service and support the staff provided. In particular the concierge, both Ed and George, were tremendously helpful and kind. When we come back to London we will absolutely be repeat guests! I could t have asked for more from our visit!

The hotel is well located and the staff are very professional and helpful. Our “premium”room (701) was cozy but comfortable for two people with good light and a nice view — and recently refurbished. While the bathroom barely fit one person, the room was a good value given current London prices. We enjoyed our stay and will return on our next visit to London.

Great location. Helpful, authentically friendly staff. Clean, updated rooms. Great breakfast at a fair price. Lovely bar.

Excellent location for theater ,museums and dinning…Our room was spacious and comfortable and quiet..Breakfast buffet was good and had made to order items ..Staff was very helpful …Hotel was spotless…
