The staff are wonderful. The room was clean and quiet. The amenities are currently non existent due to the remodel (?) including no bar soap, no soda or snacks for purchase in room, no coffee maker in room, and no coffee in lobby past 6 am (!). The in room dining selection is slim, though the charcuterie board was great. It is inconvenient to come and go if on foot as I was. I hope it all improves after the remodel is complete.

低於平均 First time to writing a review. Not happy with the hotel and it’s so loud because of the construction all over the hotel. I found hairs in the shower. For all the money that I paid a could’ve stayed in other hotels.

The hotel had major construction difficult to access. Major events also contributing to congestion at front. Room not ready to check in early when I expressed disappointment was told I could go to another hotel
