My experience in this hotel is amazing, everything is perfect from the place itself to the staff. The pool and garden are beautiful. However, the breakfast foods didn’t suit me, maybe because I’m asian. And I did experience issue when doing the check out, I did try call to the reception multiple times to ask if someone could come to help me with the luggage but no calls were replied, so I ask cleaners ( 2 cleaners, each one I waited for 30 minutes) outside to check this out for me, I was waiting for more than an hour but nobody came. So I had to carry the luggage by myself. This is the only issue I had.

Amazing place in a great city

All the facilities we tried - the pool, breakfast, were great. The staff were great although, on occasions, a little difficult to understand. But this didn't detract from our visit. The only two small reservations we had were: - the size of the Executive room - Room 227 - which was a little small for moving around. However, your very helpful Neville showed us some alternative Executive Rooms that are larger and we will aim to have one of these on our next stay. - the evening menu in the restaurant appeared to us to be a little unimaginative. Otherwise a lovely though short stay on this occasion:o)

This place is outstanding and has everything you could want from a luxury hotel with the grounds and staff to match. Absolutely no notes.

Excellent hotel, the closest hotel to the entrance to the historic walled city of Valletta, where the Knights of the Order of St John built their fort in the late 1500’s.

Extensive breakfast menu. Attentive staff. Beautiful gardens and pool area. I can’t think of anything not to like about the hotel

Beautiful hotel, great staff and the spa is just beautiful.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were very attentive.

Outstanding service, lovely room with great toiletries. Very clean, with lots of attention paid by the housekeeping staff.

The room is very clean and staff was very polite during check-in.
