We were looking forward to rest and relax by the rooftop pool the second day of our stay, but there was a huge party that afternoon. (The hotel lets non-hotel guests use their pool. Had we known this, we would have stayed elsewhere.) They started setting up for the event in the morning and it was loud. We could hear it from our room. Definitely not the vibe we were hoping for. There wasn’t a coffee maker in our hotel room. It took over 30 minutes to get seated and order a coffee from the cafe on the first floor in the morning. Slow service and very expensive. The hotel is located on a dirty street littered with trash and it smells of urine.

The no dog fee/no dog weight limit is so great! I wish more hotels did that!! Overall a great stay. The pup and I were very happy. I also got a really nice view of the Hollywood sign from my room.

Clean room. Staffing was excellent and helpful. Very friendly. Cute hotel. Free coffee and tea in the morning. Social hour was great. Wish I had the breakfast

The perfect location. Far enough for some quiet time, but close enough to all the action. Staff were amazing and extremely helpful and attentive. Cafe/restaurant served great food and had great service. The pool and outdoor area was fantastic. Great views of suburbs of LA and surrounds All in all, I would definately recommend for a family.

Everything was great overall. The only constructive feedback I have is regarding a maintenance issue we experienced with our room. Our toilet became clogged, and it took over two hours for someone to come and address it. Given the price of the rooms and the level of service expected, I believe a response time of 30–45 minutes would have been more appropriate. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience.

Was great they were very welcoming and I also brought my dog and he loved it very much! Definetly would stay again and the rooms were nice and big

Nice staff, room has everything it needs. there was blood stains on the lamp shade. also all the doors on the closet in front of the fridge could use WD40 it's so loud. Valet is also a bit overpriced

I have stayed at Kimpton properties before that are well maintained. This hotel is trying to be a Kimpton, but not there yet at all. Our room was the color of a prison call. The ceiling looks like something out of a prison as well. The furniture has knicks and dings. Therw were fingerprints on the walls. There is no Wi-Fi TV. We tried to get Netflix working and you can only cast it from your phone with the device the hotel provides. We waited a half hour for someone to come and install this device so we could watch Netflix. Ridiculous! I asked for some money to be taken off of our stay. They only took off their silly resort fee. I will never stay here again!

I had long days, so ate dinner in the restaurant twice and room service once. Excellent food and great service!

The Kimpton Everly is located in a great spot for easy access to Hollywood. The pool has gorgeous views. The restaurant has great food, as does the coffee shop. My only criticism is the lighting in the living room part of the suites is very dim, making it hard to read or see yourself in the full length mirrors that are on the closet doors, that don't stay open.
