Really great way to be introduced to Lake Garda and European full amenity travel. The included breakfast is well staffed and good choices; pool is enormous and water is optimally conditioned/balanced and was very clear and clean even with an extremely heavy swimmer load. We were close enough to Lake Garda to make trips for dinner in either Garda or Bardolino (preferred) quite easy. Do your homework on making lake swimming happen ahead of team - we did not locate a great beach option proximate to Poiana Resort.

很好 Wonderful views and good amenities. We were told we had been upgraded to a lake view room but they didn't tell us, being above the restaurant area, there would be a singer on until 11pm each night. Fortunately didn't bother us but family with small children would have found that irritating

Decent holiday hotel by lake Garda for family folks. Couples and singles might wanna look for other location during peak holiday period. Staff was efficient but experience was relatively okay (not warm by Italian standards).

We were so glad to be at a quieter location with a beautiful view. The hotel staff were absolutely amazing- they are friendly and professional. The hotel was organised and effectively run. Try the spa, the massage was great too.
