Breakfast, staff, pool, room was all lovely. On my 5 sunbeds at the pool though so we had to wait on two for a while - as people were just using them to keep their towels on while in the pool. We actually wanted to lay on them.

My room smelt heavily of cleaner, when I complained, the assistant manager turned up with another spray which I refused. Then plugged in an air purifier after telling me no otger rooms were free. Was too tired, and disappointed. Next day the room was changed with no compensatory gesture but my experience was entirely different. They should have acted sooner.otherwise would have given 5 star for value.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff. The food is good and not very spicy which was a plus for us.

不錯 Disappointed with our stay. Advertised as a four star hotel, but rooms, service, and WiFi were not even close to being great. The only great thing about this place was the pool and the gym which were really nice. I do have to call out Sudarshan, the IT, manager who helped us with our WiFi problems. His service was the only service that represented a 4 star hotel.
