It is a gorgeous property with a beautiful beach and nice, warm pools. The room was great and had an amazing ocean view. Staff was nice and courteous. However, I was very displeased with 2 things: 1) housekeeping didn't come to clean the room - we had to request several times before we had a cleaning on day 2 but day 3, again no one came. When we complained about it to a front office employee, the only answer we got was that we had a "do not disturb" sign on the door which was not true as we removed it purposely when leaving the room. When you pay that much for a resort of that caliber....you expect better cleaning service! 2) The other extremely annoying thing is that they called us at 8am for 2 mornings in a row! Once to ask us if we liked the room and the other to change our spa time. When you are on vacation and you are woken up so early ....it is not acceptable!

Great location with several pools within being too big. Access to the beach waits a swimmable bay was definitely an extra plus!

Beautiful place and clean paid for Breakfast when I reserve the room so it should be all paid off, but they still charge six dollars for each person every breakfast It’s end up $180 Very disappointed about it The one take US dollars only pesos or credit card Other with that the food was great, very clean and very good service

Beautiful resort and loved the views!

Wonder resort. Plenty to do as long as you can pay!!! We knew that was part of the deal tho. The staff at the oools, bars and restaurants are phenomenal. The front desk staff/concierge seemed to cherry pick who they were nice to and i guess we weren’t chosen. We had money. But we also don’t present like polished tourists (we love rock n roll). They treated us at such. It felt borderline discriminatory and that’s not something i throw around lightly. they were rude. Short. And generally unhelpful with almost any question i had. And then on top of it all they didn’t connect my Hilton honors after asking them multiple times and them saying “it’s Ok”. If you stay here you will have a nice time. But if you’re anything but a tourist from white america good luck.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, the sushi at the pool was incredible, and the drinks were great. We missed a more personalized experience like we've had at other Cabo hotels...getting to know the staff and having them greet us by name, treats left for the kids in the room, and the warm welcome & farewell. It was a bigger property than we're used to, so that could be some of the reason it lacks a more intimate approach. The interior could use a bit of updating and the pool area seemed cramped. Our kids loved the ocean cove and looking for creatures by the rocks, so having lounge chairs closer to that direction would be so nice! While the beach is deemed swimmable, there are still big waves and heavy undertow at times. We would recommend it to families looking for an affordable vacation in Cabo in comparison to rates of other hotels!

Gorgeous views, delicious food, comfortable, cozy, overall 10/10 stay

I missed a coffee maker in my room. We found the food served at the pool to be not great.

It was wonderful me and my husband was already in Cabo. We was on our way back to Chicago, but our flight got canceled because of bad weather in Mexico City so we had to stay an extra night so we choose it Hilton. It was wonderful. It was better than the whole hotel we left. The food was good. The people was nice the vibe and there was kids there and I didn’t even notice it was wonderful. We’re definitely coming back.
