極佳 We loved absolutely everything about the hotel! The staff were very friendly, warm and helpful. The breakfast, while pricey, was well worth it—so many offerings, and everything was delicious. The rooms were clean, the bedding so soft, and the decor of the rooms and public spaces was whimsical and beautiful. An 11 out of 10! We had a wonderful stay. Thank you all so very much! :)

Breakfast offerred varied selection. The desk staff was extremely helpful. Our room needs were a bit different from other guests because we needed to modify the heavy bed covers and the housekeeping staff was helpful with our use of sheets & towels.

We loved our stay at hotel U14. The staff were all hospitable and helpful. The room was super clean and the beds were comfortable. It's located a short walk from market square, the tram, and many shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!
