Very clean and spacious room, value for money, quite and relaxing. Plenty of parking off street if need to. Staff is very helpful.

I had Hamza as a receptionist. He was amazing. He was very nice and genuine. It felt like I wasn’t talking to a robot and I was talking to somebody that cared about his job. He made this process very easy. I would rate service 5 out of 5 ! But I would rate my visit 3 out of 5 just due to the uncomfortable bed and pillows. Absolutely nothing to do with the service I got from the employees !! I cannot appreciate them enough quest Penrith should be really fortunate for the employees they have. Really made me smile

Great property, maybe a bit expensive for suburb.

The construction works next door unfortunately ruined it as the noise in the morning was terrible…we did try to change rooms but it was booked out Our bad luck I suppose

The lady at reception was extremely helpful, the whole place was very clean and tidy. Dojt forget to book parking though..

The reception staff were so welcoming and helpful during my stay. The room was very clean and spacious, they even had the temperature and music set perfectly. Really enjoyed my stay.

Air conditioning was good. Lounge looked like it could use a clean.
