We had a wonderful stay at Westgate Resort. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit, and the property itself was beautiful and family-friendly. We especially enjoyed the amenities and overall atmosphere. The only suggestions I would make are that guests should be informed more clearly at check-in that access to the water park and certain resort amenities requires an additional fee, as this was not fully explained beforehand. Also, the $50 deposit refund has taken longer than expected to be returned. Overall, despite these minor inconveniences, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. The resort offers excellent accommodations and a pleasant environment for families and travelers alike.

The location was fantastic. Anything you needed was on site. Walmart down the street. Rooms were spacious.

La propiedad nos gustó muchísimo lo pasamos genial , todo limpio y en buenas condiciones, Me gusta mucho esta cadena de hoteles, solo que no veo justo el costo de los parques de agua porque cierra a las 6:00pm y casi siempre los clientes van a los parques y al regreso ya está cerrado el parque de agua o así te quede una hora para el cierre también el costo es de 25 $$

The resort was nice but the villa was advertised to be bigger than it actually was.

The room was very nice and the staff were very attentive and friendly. However parking was TERRIBLE! There isn’t enough parking spaces. And they get taken up very quickly. We had to park 3 buildings away from our building, after walking at the park for 13 hours. Just not ideal. There were also no carts to help get stuff up to your room. They had several golf carts but help was never offered when checking in. And if parking is a known issue, which it seemed to have been, then maybe with the many many golf carts on property- they could be used to give guest rides around the property.

Place was beautiful, property was walkable, but food at property was meh

We were there Easter weekend, and the property was too crowded. Parking was extremely inconvenient. In one case, I had to part in an overflow lot outside the main property. There was trash piled in the halls and by the garbage cans in communal areas. Staff just could not keep up. We made reservations for the spa over the phone based on the prices on the website but found prices higher when we arrived at the spa. There seemed to a difference between weekday and weekend prices that was not reflected on-line. My daughter tried to get a smoothie but they accepted only room charge — which we were not told at check in — and because it was not set up correctly, she could not charge the room. WiFi/cell service was very poor on property. Definitely need to improve communication, signage, and specific website info. We are local to Central FL and will not go back.

Great bargain but some things were not in working order like wave pool and deck. There is construction going on in property and it is extremely full of people but it’s big enough that it’s not overwhelming. Very clean.
