I was very disappointed in this hotel for several reasons. I booked this property specifically for air conditioning in the room and wifi. I also had an important online meeting I couldn't miss during the evening of my arrival. It took me a long time to find the hotel because the directions on Google map, which are linked to in the listing, do not lead to the proper address. As the evening fell I had to close my window due to the mosquitos. The air conditioning only blew hot air. After a while I went down to the concierge to ask about the air con. She said it was broken in my room, they couldn't fix it, and there were no other rooms available. She said I could request a refund on the app and I'd get my € back. In the meantime she offered me a fan, which did help a bit, but my room was still unbearably hot. I barely slept. I have a medical issue that fllares with extreme heat so this negatively impacted me for the rest of my week long trip. The wifi also did not reach my room strong enough for my meeting and I kept losing connection. The concierge suggested I go to the meeting room, but it didn't work there either. Finally I went down to the lobby where the signal was strong enough, but by that time I'd missed 3/4 of my meeting. Pros: breakfast was thorough and there were gluten free options. There was an en-suite bathroom attached to my room. Free unsecured luggage storage. I requested a refund when I got home, but my request was ignored. Disappointing.

My granddaughters and I thoroughly enjoyed this accomodation. The staff there were amazing and incredibly helpful. Felt like their goal was to ensure the best service was given.

Clean room and decently close to train station! Def recommend

Clean and centrally located, room was quiet but a little out-dated. Breakfast was a disappointment—tinned (!) fruit was served every day along with packaged slices of cheese and meat—as if the management wanted to save as much money as possible while advertising that breakfast is included in room rate.

The room was adequate for the price clean and good air condition. The area is convenient place to stay near to all the transportation links. The staff are polite and helpful and complimentary breakfast kept us going to lunch

NO ELEVATORS NO ELEVATORS!! Swear their site said there was when I booked so when you get assigned a room on floor 2, it’s 2 flights up dragging your luggage. The lobby is considered floor zero. Factor in heat and an older individual and it’s a heart attack waiting to happen-but if you’re smart you won’t have a heart attack here because someone would have to carry you down! When we finally made it to our room the AC was not on and I couldn’t get it to work. So I happily (not) walked downstairs to make an inquiry and mentioned there should be water in the room for after that nightmare of carrying up luggage. The “gentleman” at the front desk informed me there was a vending machine! When I said there should be complimentary water since the elevator did not work he told me if I didn’t like it there he would issue a refund and we could leave. Really? A bottle of water or two asked for in exchange for dragging bags upstairs will break them? Ridiculous! BTW the vending machine was not working! Overall the hotel is “you get what you pay for”. Beds are old. Location near the people mover and vaporattto (Piazzale Roma stop) is convenient. Very easy to get to from the airport-we pre booked a transfer on the bus-and just had to activate our ticket at the bus stop. The buffet breakfast is nice-no hot food. Would I stay again? Yes-with lighter luggage -we were packed for a two week cruise. And hopefully the nasty attitude guy gone.

Good location. A little secluded from all the tourists crowds.

The staff were very nice and helpful. Very good breakfast variety. The room and bathroom was clean.
