Affordable place

It was good and nice

Worst hotel I’ve seen in my life, very dirty smell only pool area is better even though I stayed only for two hours, I have reservations for 5 days but I checked out in two hours my kids can’t even breathe strong smell

Pool wasn’t open didn’t find out till I arrived. The ac was broke couldn’t control it. Had to unplug when it got to cold then plug it back in when it got to hot. Was not as nice as the photos. Overall very disappointed.

I have written about my experience with the Bedford Plaza Hotel just the other day, today is June 22, 2026. Once again I have extended my stay and once again I am still very pleased with my stay here. My room is very clean and comfortable, the staff is extremely pleasant and anything I have needed has been attended to quickly. There are many reautrants, shops and grocery stores if needed. Also, Bedford is right in the middle of Historical Lexington and Concord if that is your interest.

The entirety of the property was not maintained well and it was clear that some of the carpets haven't been cleaned in years. The staff was helpful, but the room is was in didn't give me confidence. The bathroom hadn't been deep cleaned and the towels did not smell like they had been washed. Free parking option was nice.

Dirty room stains on all the furniture and rugs. Staff was unhelpful. Loud people in the next room I couldn’t sleep because it was paper thin walls you could hear every word.

We really wanted to like this place! It was cheap,and we were in a bind. Our daughter was in the Hospital and we were told she would be there for a few days. And we live over 4 hours away. I booked the hotel for 3 nights, but we ended up only needing the room for 1 night. Our daughter was released from the hospital much earlier than they originally told us. So the standard room I booked for my GF and myself suddenly was too small. I asked at the front desk if they had a rollaway cot for us. Nope. Next, if they had any rooms with a couch for our daughter or 2 beds. This is when she told us the upgraded room was 300 more a night. I paid just over $300 for 3 nights. I explained that we only needed the room for 1 night, not 3 and explained the circumstances. She said she could leave a note for the manager about a refund, but we never heard a thing. Anyway, back to the room issue. She said she could upgrade us to a room with a couch for our daughter for $100 more. We decided that was too much. So, our daughter slept on the floor. And we never got refunded a dime for the 2 nights we didn't use the room. Oh well, we just won't be back. And the place is kind of run down, the bathroom was a hot mess. Room smelled musty. But it was cheap!

The bathroom was gross. There was dirt in the tub when I arrived and someone else’s hair on the shower walls. The bathroom sink was also broken, the water would not turn on. I had to turn on the shower to wet my toothbrush. I felt like I was being pranked. Big ew
