Friendly Staff

Lovely hotel. Great breakfast and really easy to access the city from.

everithing was excelent all the time

All good

Location of hotel is excellent. 2 mins walk to supermarket. 10 mins walk to other attractions in the city. Autobus station just cross the road. Room is comfortable and clean.

Clean upgraded room, great location.

The mattress was very hard even after we changed the room

The staff was attentive and helpful. The facilities were nice.

We booked the superior new style standard room and felt the room was pretty basic and did not have the upscale feeling like I thought from the online pictures. Also I thought the entire hotel needs updating considering the high rates we were paying. The staff was helpful but sometimes there were language issues. Also at breakfast when the waitress had to find someone to translate…I wanted an omelette. There was a leak in our room. An air conditioner unit was leaking water from ceiling to floor causing floor damage. They came quickly to repair but did not apologize for the inconvenience. The hotel is somewhat convenient like to hop on/off transportation but still a 20 Min walk to old town. We were excited to read about a mall next to hotel but discovered it was mostly vacant mall which was a huge disappointment. There was only a grocery store which was convenient during our stay. Breakfast was great with alot of variety of foods. The dining room was very spacious and pleasant. Only complaint was that they were often late opening around 7:20-7:30 am instead of 7 am

small but well kept gym
