It was great lije always

This was our second time staying that this hotel. It has the best price, best staff and best service.

The staff throughout the hotel were attentive, friendly, and consistently polite, which made our stay very enjoyable. The buffet offered a wide variety of flavorful options, and the rooms were exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel is in a great location. If you’re planning to visit the Malecón, it’s about a 15-minute walk, and we felt safe walking there during our stay. In addition to the buffet, the hotel has two restaurants that require dinner reservations. We tried Corazón Contento, the Mexican restaurant. The food was decent, but it wasn’t particularly memorable, so I don’t think you’d be missing out if you decided to skip it. There’s also an Italian restaurant on the property, although we didn’t have the chance to try it. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely consider returning.

Family-friendly. My preschool daughter enjoyed their drop-in center. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great customer service. Rooms were clean. Thank to staff for ungrading us after some miscommunication with our booking. The view from our room was very nice. The only thing is that you can't control the AC. The thermostat doesn't let you change the temp in the room so it can get warm at night in the room.

The hotel appears to be understaffed and unprepared for the number of guests it accommodates. The dining area is too small for the volume of people staying there, resulting in extremely long lines. We had to wait nearly two hours just to be seated at the buffet. Customer service was also disappointing. Staff members were often rude and seemed bothered when guests asked for assistance, making it difficult to get help when needed. The room conditions were uncomfortable as well. The air conditioning did not work properly, and the room temperature never dropped below 77°F, making it hard to relax or sleep comfortably.

Front staff was really helpful with checking us in. Kudos to Justin, very cheerful attitude and smoothed out some kinks in our check-in with some of the staff. He's really good at his job. Food was delicious and varied. Servers were really attentive and quick. My daughter really enjoyed their drop-in activities for kids. The staff there was really nice too. It was my parents and brother's first time in mexico and we got a real treat on their mexican themed night with their 2-hour show showcasing the beautiful mexican culture. The rooms were clean. The only thing was the AC, you can't control it to be cooler. It was centrally controlled and on our first day coming from Canada 24.5 C was too warm inside the room.

Most of the staff is friendly but the hotel is really small and extremely crowded. We traveled in a group of 7 and it took us 3 elevator rides each way to get to our room or down to the lobby. There is only ONE TINY elevator. The all inclusive amenities are not worth it there isn’t much to choose from. It’s the same food every day just plated different. The room service is part of the all inclusive but they charge you a “service fee” every time you order anything and there is a limit to what you can order. I do not recommend for anyone visiting for the first time. It would definitely leave a bad taste in your mouth and you probably wouldn’t never consider visiting PV again.

Food was a little sub par. couldn't get into italian restaurant b/c only higher class guests could go there. Buffet wasn't good except mexican night which was wonderful. Our room was noisy. very confusing when restaurants were open. Crowded with lots of families though the kids were exceptionally well behaved.

Crean room, Beach view only not for swimming
