Hotel is alright. Its split in two so for some things you have to walk to the opposite end of the hotel. Staff wasn't very friendly only in the fancier restaurant staff was great! Everything is old such as towels, sheets with stains, no mat for bathroom. We had to use our hand towel. NO WI-FI in rooms was a big one for us. Food and drinks decent. Wanted coffee before our bus left at 730am and coffee wasn't ready when coffee shop opened at 7am. There was a gap from 11-12pm that there wasn't anywhere to eat. It does have access to the beach which was nice

I was not allowed in my room. Expedia you did not include me in my reservation. I richard torres was waiting for my room 3 and a half hours after my chek in exhausted in the heat. Was the wife that has diabetes? Luis escobedo and rosa chaves where my guests and on top of that. I got charged. 37000 pesos. We really need to get ahold of you.

We've stayed at this resort twice now. The one bedroom suites are perfect for our little family, two adults and a daughter. Having two bathrooms is very convenient as well. Would highly recommend. This is a smaller resort with lots of families, a little dated but still an excellent choice.

The hotel is decent for a three-star rating. The food is good—quite varied and tasty. The only downside is that entertainment, including the disco or evening shows, requires an extra fee. Because of that, the evenings can be rather скучно (a bit boring). Overall, it’s okay for a three-star hotel.

Beach view was great but one has to walk about 2 minutes to see it. It's not like you walk out the resort doors and it's there.

Nice place…good food…clean…great staff….little run down….for the price was worth it

We had to change rooms, the standard room was filthy, no balcony, very dirty, with bathtub facet hanging from the tub. Really depressing. Our upgrade for the week for additional $300 was a bit better. We went somewhere else for our 2nd week. Oh and they try to sell time shares for highrise next door, they don't tell you what the sales presentation is but, if you go to it, they offer 4000 pesos in cupons, but then try to give you 2000...if your on a tight budget its ok..if you have some to spare, go somewhere else.

The main build has no direct access to the beach so we upgraded to the other building. Food was pretty bland and mostly the same every day in the buffet. The staff ask every time you are seated about allergies but do not offer to help figure out which foods are okay. My child is celiac and it was a struggle at every meal to figure out what he could eat. On our last day he became ill (most likely from accidental gluten exposure ). The beach was decent but jellyfish were present, which was a deterrent. The overall experience was just okay. We are not travellers that expect fancy, but we were very ready to leave after 7 days.

The food sucked. The bathroom in the room needed many repairs. Location was good.
