This hotel was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was comfortable and it was very nice to have drinks and snacks available after a day out exploring. The neighborhood was cute and charming and quiet which was nice to relax in. Many restaurants in the area as well. Pigalle metro was a short maybe ten min walk up the road. Gare St Lazare was also easy to walk to from the hotel which was around 2 or so min.

The Hotel Joyce Astotle is a great place to stay in Paris. Friendly helpful, fun employees, like Guy, that made our stay memorable. Our room was cleaned daily, breakfast was good, and the airconditioning was fantastic and appreciated! Very clean and very safe. The breakfast room closed from 1030 to 2pm, then opened up with snacks and beverages available until 2 am. Our room was really small, and the breakfast room was a great meeting place for my large family! Good location with lots of interesting places to eat and drink.

Very nice hotel, the staff was very polite and welcoming. Rooms was clean and fridge was fulled every day. Coffee was not that great. Very close to metro, bus stop restaurants and easy access to visit Paris attractions. We had a nice stay !

As a solo female traveller on a business trip, I booked this hotel based on the reviews and I am so glad I did! The staff were lovely, especially the receptionist who was very friendly and helpful. I usually worry mostly about the cleanliness and my room was spotless, I was very impressed and relieved. I had a Superior Double Room and it was very comfortable, did not feel cramped at all, and had tall ceilings. Air conditioning worked fine. I had breakfast there and enjoyed the little crepes. I cannot fault the place and would highly recommend! thank you to the staff of this hotel, when I visit Paris again now I know where to stay!

Very good location and nice rooms with enough space. Breakfast very reasonable priced. Tons of restaurants nearby as well as metro stations.

Clean room, loved the free wet bar. Great location. Breakfast was good, loved the coffee machine! Lobby was under some type of construction but it didn't get in our way. Not much happening inside the hotel but everything was just outside the door. Very satisfied with our stay!

This was an interesting experience. The hotel rooms are fine, spacious enough with amenities available. All day coffee and tea availability in the dining area was appreciated. Customer service was a mixed experience. The guy on reception during our first 3 days (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) was really helpful and kind. The guy who replaced him on Sunday was the opposite - someone who clearly does not like his job or hospitality. There are two metro stations within 10 minutes walk. These lines may not be the best for for several tourist attractions (check and plan before reserving).

Our room was comfortable & clean with attractive decor & nice bathroom. We especially liked the extra attractive dining & complimentary drinks & snacks besides a delicious breakfast one could purchase.

Staff were great. Single room was well equipped and had air conditioning. Bed was comfortable and room was cleaned daily. Good choice for breakfast. Would definitely recommend. Renovation was going on but did not cause any issue for us.

The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and took the time to explain everything in detail, which made me feel very welcome from the start. One of the most impressive touches was the complimentary snacks available until 2 a.m.—something I’ve never experienced at any other hotel. It really made me wonder how they manage to offer such thoughtful service. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and perfectly sized for a comfortable stay. As this was my first time in Paris, this hotel left such a wonderful impression on me that it made my trip even more memorable. It’s definitely a place I would love to return to. Whenever I visit Paris again, this hotel will absolutely be my first choice!
