Clean room. Great staff.

My room was very clean, but I had an odd room number so sleep was impacted by the trains. Good hotel in a good location in Canmore

ok, great amenities, amazing views. make absolutely certain that you either have earplugs, or are on the side of the hotel away from the train.... I did not know about the train being right behind the hotel, and it kept us awake all night long.. Our teenage kids in the adjacent room said they didn't hear a thing... So overall, the hotel staff, amenities and rooms were great, but the train ruined it for us.

Plusieurs choses non fonctionnelles Chambre avec portes communicantes entendions télé du voisin …. Minuit plainte impossible de dormir , ils ont tentés de corriger mais hôtel plein pour changement de chambre ils ont remboursés les nuits restantes.

Great place

The lack of breakfast was the only negative, for the cost I feel it should have been included. A nice hotel and with a nice staff.

Staff were great

We stayed here with the family. We had a great time at the pool. The room was smaller than I anticipated, although the property location and stuff made the overall experience. Also go to the breakfast located right in the hotel. It was excellent

The staff at the front desk was friendly and the check in procedure was quick and well explained. The room was clean and bright, plus I you can get your coffee or hot chocolate at the lobby. I would definitely come back to this hotel in Canmore, I enjoyed my stay!

I liked the place and it was very clean, and I personally extended my stay for two extra days. However, the only very bad thing is that the parking lot is very small and there is always no space for your car.
