We had an overnight flight arriving at 8 o’clock in the morning at the hotel. They had a room available and they gave it to us, which was absolutely wonderful as tired as we were. Thank you very much for your thoughtfulness.

Lobby was nice. Breakfast was good. Pool wasn’t working when we were there but we could go next door. The room was small and the couch didn’t pull out like it said. The blinds didn’t work so it was dark in the room. and the AC broke 3 times, once in the middle of the night and we were there in a heat wave so we had to get someone to fix it at 2am. It was okay. But I wouldn’t stay there again.

The hotel is understaffed. Especially during the check-in / check out process. Also the pool was unavailable. Something I was not made aware of until the morning of my check in date.

I had a great stay at Element. The room was excellent—clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows provided some of the best neck support I've had at a hotel, making it easy to get a great night's sleep. The real highlight of my stay, though, was the staff. I visited during an exceptionally busy time with the World Cup, yet every team member I interacted with was warm, patient, and genuinely hospitable. They handled the crowds with professionalism and made guests feel welcome despite how hectic things were. The hotel itself is currently undergoing renovations, so some of the common areas weren't as polished as they normally might be. Combined with the influx of World Cup visitors, it was clear the property was under a lot of pressure. However, I imagine these are temporary growing pains, and once the renovations are complete, the hotel will be in great shape. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would happily stay here again.

I stayed at the Element Boston Seaport and would rate it a "B-" overall. The highlights were the spacious room, which felt more like a one-bedroom apartment, a very comfortable bed with extra pillows, and a thoughtful daily snack credit worth about $15. The gym was also better than expected for a smaller hotel. The downsides were several maintenance issues: the pool was closed, the massage chair was out of service, and the shower door handle needed repair. I also experienced confusion with guest communications when a notary tried to reach me through the front desk but no message was passed along. One suggestion: provide guests with a simple local guide showing nearby restaurants, attractions, and recommended delivery apps. Overall, a comfortable stay with great rooms and a good location, but maintenance and communication need improvement.

Excellent room with a nice kitchenette area. Large bathroom and a very comfortable king sized bed. When we checked in, I had to pay an additional 30 dollar hotel fee. I believe its Boston thing. But on a good note, the hotel gave me back 15 bucks in credit towards their hotel concession stand. Id rather not pay the addition 30 dollars overall! The breakfast is just ok, not alot of options, but not so bad either. But the coffee is good! Parking is either valet parking for $54 or you can chose a parking lot located in the back street of the hotel for $52. With valet you can use your car throughout the day without any new charges except tips. But parking is tough and expensive throught the city. The parking lot you just stay put. We used Uber to go to the North end going, but walked back which took 45 minutes.

We checked in on Saturday 5/23 and found bed bugs in the King bed suite. Our travel needs included having the kitchenette and a separate bedroom. We took pictures and videos of the bed bugs and showed them to management. They simply offered a refund of the suite and a stay in smaller room. We told them a standard room would not work for us. The front desk worker did not attempt to help us beyond this, saying they needed to launch an investigation into the bugs and her hands were tied. In my eyes, a hotel internal investigation does not help a travelling family sleep tonight. Management would be better suited to solving the situation at hand and worry about their internal investigation later. They never offered to follow up, never offered to call other hotels, never offered anything to crying kids as we went back and forth, never offered perhaps even a coupon to a restaurant since we checked in at 5:00 and were now without a room at 7:00. Just blank stares and "investigations." We went to the Seaport Hotel. My child was not even at the front desk and the worker asked "Are you travelling with children?" I said yes, and they got a gift bag for a child they did not even meet. Meanwhile, at Element, the workers stood by as my kids was telling us that he was hungry without even the offer of some crayons or something. Night and Day. I get things happen. It isn't the bed bugs that will prevent a next stay, it was the way staff handled this, like we were inconveniencing them.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend in one of their suites, and overall I did have a good experience. The hotel itself was very clean, well-maintained, and the atmosphere was comfortable throughout my stay. One of the biggest positives was the staff — everyone I interacted with was attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful. They did their best to make guests feel welcomed, and that level of customer service definitely stood out. That being said, the amenities were unfortunately disappointing. The massage chair advertised on-site was out of order and never functioning during my stay. The pool was also closed the entire weekend, which was frustrating since it was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. The biggest issue, however, was the air conditioning in my suite. The AC barely worked — if at all — for the entire weekend, which made the room very uncomfortable, especially at night.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Our 1 king room also had a fridge, microwave, and little sink. Breakfast had a large variety of options, from hot eggs, sausage, and french toast/pancakes, to toaster options (bread, bagel, english muffins), fresh fruit, cereal, and a yogurt bar. There was something for everyone. The front desk staff was very helpful with restaurant and take-out suggestions for dinner. We stayed for an event at the convention center, which is about 0.8 miles away, or about a 15 minute walk, and it's a little further for the Silver Line T service. The Red Line Broadway stop is about 0.8 miles in the other direction. We will definitely consider the Element as a lodging option when we are in Boston again.
