Very good hotel if you’re looking for a 1 or 2 night stay . Staff were friendly and helpful. Just 1 issue was that there was no safe in the room

Great location which absolutely suited our needs for 3 nights in the local area.
Rooms were small & lacked storage but the bed was very comfy, the air con was lovely and cool, and there was no noise.
Staff were welcoming & acommodating regarding an early check in (no charge).

Hotel was ok, staff could do with paying a bit more attention to customers rather than chatting amongst themselves when it’s busy.
Tried to check in at 3, room wasn’t ready and was told it’d be 10 mins, and they would come get me, not a problem but had to go and remind them after 45 mins to see what was happening.

Great location, handy for London City Airport and transport hub at Stratford.
Our experience was marred by our booked premium room having been given to another guest before we arrived.
The promised partial refund has still not materialised 3 weeks later.
