Had a relaxing stay. Breakfast spread was good. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Especially when we needed to get our son’s stitches removed, they helped us with find a doctor and making an appointment and guided us well. Keep up the service. The location is central and walking distance to many touristing locations.

The overall stay was very good. The rooms were well maintained and managed. The only amenity I found missing was body lotion.

很好 Hotel is centrally located in the heart of Cape Town, very nice and close to many good restaurants. Great rooftop on the 14th floor.
Food is very good and prices are reasonable.
Only complaint is the service is a little slow and it’s maybe because they are under staff.
Overall a good hotel to spend a couple of days.

Very nice room and hotel. Area ok to walk in, good restaurants nearby. AC didnt quite work as well as we hoped but think maybe it wasnt offered during "summer" months.
Only had free breakfast in restaurant - staff friendly but service not great. Had to track down and pour our own coffee 2 out of 3 days
