Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and well maintained Breakfast has great choices

The room needed maintenance and the bed underlay wasn't fitted properly which lead to a restless sleep. The check in and check out was very fast, staff was very friendly. Casino was very clean and staff was very friendly as well. Restaurants were fantastic food was exceptional.

Despite the decor in the rooms needing a little updating, considering the constant usage by travellers the accommodation was clean, serviced regularly, and the layout of rooms/ bathrooms and living area was excellent. Kitchenette had all the necessary utilities and crockery, cutlery for our use. It was great to have a balcony, from which we had magnificent views of the harbour. Swimming pool was great. The whole complex provided for a range of facilities and eateries. We will definitely stay here when our family of three adults and two teenagers return to Sydney. I would also recommend The Star Residences to any of my extended family or friends should they visit. I have not commented on the casino, breakfast or Harvest Buffet as we did not use these facilities, however we heard good reports about the buffet from other families who we met during our stay.

Good location. Ice machine broken on our level and took roughly an hour to get ice to the room when requested.

Great breakfast and very helpful staff

The Lady at the desk was so awesome and really did what she could to help accommodate our needs which I really appreciated. The rooms were spotless and the block out blinds are awesome! Slept like a log. Mum even found out where the pillows were from and bought one! Would highly recommend. Much appreciated

The staff went above & beyond to make our stay memorable. We received an upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment which was amazing! Close to light rail, walking distance to Darling Harbour. The breakfast was delicious with a huge selection. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Great breakfast. One of the best in the Sydney CBD area. One of the few hotels that has Casino and an amazing theatre ( Lyric Theatre ). Plenty of dining options from casual kiosks to Fine dining restaurants . It also has its own light rail station which is very handy when going around the city. It also has its own massive multi level parking area. And parking is usually free for the duration of your stay in the hotel.

My wife & I stayed in a Premium Suite while attending an event in the Function Centre. The staff are friendly & efficient, and our room was spacious & clean. Breakfast the next morning was in the Harvest Buffet where the eating options were plentiful. Our only complaint was the condition of the chairs in this room. Most coverings were badly stained & the chairs are in need of replacement.
