麗思卡爾頓酒店雅加達太古廣場公寓 (The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place)

I stayed here twice wiring two weeks due to my work related traveling. The location is excellent and the proximity to one of Indonesia’s best mall makes this such a great place to stay at. The staff across the board is so professional and polite and they are always on top of your needs. The breakfast buffet was excellent with outstanding selections and service. The fitness center is slightly on the smaller side but has all the right equipment. However they could greatly benefit fr having one of those resistance machines that allows one to perform several exercises through one machine. I also think that they price per day was very reasonable compared to the competitors and the ROI on the money is fantastic, overall, very satisfied with the experience and would definitely use it for future travels as well.

Property tired in need of a refresh

Luxurious, high-end property, amazing services from staff, at the most convenient area in Jakarta. For those who prioritizes services and safety, this is the spot.

Incredibly good staff with kindness, excellent breakfast and connected to the best mall for shopping with amazingly good restaurants! Highly recommend this location! Fabulous!!

Nice big suite. People were lovely and breakfast was amazing. Location is great, close and walkable to all the places I wanted to go to.

Great breakfast

Love, Love, Love! Friendly Staff and Courteous, Variety of breakfast menu, My Favorite Juice bar. Feel Safe. Didn’t get a chance to visit Spa but the pool clean and lovely. My Husband and I will be back to stay at the Ritz again.

The room is huge and clean

Kitchen needs an upgrade and the sitting area, other then that, the view was super!

Excellent location with large rooms that can accommodate families! Loved the 3 bedroom apartment that had a separate helper’s room. Breakfast was great with a semi buffet approach, staff were helpful especially the concierge team who were very helpful with coordinating deliveries for us. The rooms were comfortable with great beds and pillows. The only downside was the age of the rooms and the lack of usb charging ports, definitely something for management to consider installing.
