We stayed for four nights. The first two nights were fine, however there was no hot water for the final two nights of our stay. Reception confirmed that the issue affected the building and unfortunately it was not resolved before our departure. To their credit, the hotel later provided a partial refund of €150 after our complaint. However, losing hot water for half of our stay significantly affected our experience. The room was otherwise comfortable and the location was convenient, but I hope the hotel takes steps to prevent similar issues in the future.

It was wonderful experience staying two nights at Villa Otero by Happy Culture . Very clean friendly and helpful.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. All the stuff in reception was wonderful. They were helpful and very friendly. Only thing didn’t like was no AC. The temperature was hot but we didn’t feel any AC there.

Excellent hotel steps away from the main train station. All amenities and helpful staff. Very relaxed atmosphere. One of the best hotels I have stayed in recently.

Great staff and extremely helpful

The hotel is very close to the main train station and very convenient for day trips but a little far from the center of Nice. Staff are absolutely wonderful specially Awa and Nicolas. Thank you guys.

very small rooms, nice location, close to train station, our electric kettle in the room was broken and we asked staff to change it, and they never care about it

There was no hot water in the shower the staffcwasxaware of it and admitted but still gave us the room and did not even tell us . Next morning we are ready to take shower and leave for the airport the staff said yes they are aware and thought it might have been fixed but not sure and still gave us the room they said to send a email and they will refund the money but waiting for the response

Great location near the central train station and cafe/brunch options, but a 10-minute walk to the water. Very spacious rooms that were clean and tidy. We appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee options available 24/7.

We didn’t need breakfast but it was on offer. Lovely welcoming staff . Fantastic location for Nice Ville train station , about 15min walk to the old town going the other way
