Airport transfer was so simple and easy with instructions - Vince bus transfer Marco Polo airport and city by ATVO . 25 steps away from hotel. Water bus has day pass will transfer you all over island really close. People mover is really close for cruise port. Best breakfast ever! Staff was really nice.

很好 Staff was wonderful and attentive.. stayed here to take advantage of both “land” travel (to the lakes and Verona) and local transit - plz Roma stop right outside the door! Perfecto!

The location is truly unbeatable, especially if you’re short on time in Venice before flying out. That said, our experience was disappointing given the price point. The AC in our room stopped working, and rather than addressing it that evening, the staff opted to ‘monitor’ it overnight. We had to push for a fan. Maintenance did fix it the next day, but it broke again before the evening was out. Not a hotel we’d return to.

Loved staying here! 3 women traveling and it felt very safe. The staff was amazing. The stopper for the bathtub wouldnt work, within minutes they found another one and brought it to the room. The shower was amazing with great water pressure. The room was spacious. We loved having the coffe machine and a good sized refrigerator. The beds were comfortable and the a/c was cold. The location was perfect, close to the train station, water bus, supermarket and taxi stand. The hotel offers a luggage Porter for a reasonable price, it was worth it! We will be staying here again, it was perfect!
