I got bed bug bites all over my body had to go to doctor today
has full kitchen but refrigerator made noise all the time. A/C wouldn’t cool under 75 and I asked it be looked at after 1 night there next night same problem
rug is old and so is bathroom it’s a 3 star max hotel
you get what you pay for cost me more to go to doctor and get medicine
we won’t rent again

Absolutely terrible! I got two rooms for my son’s birthday party to volcano bay. One of the rooms smelled so bad that we had to go down to the desk and ask for a different room. They refused to move us rooms and offered to spray some air freshener. We went to Walgreens for candles to cover up the smell. The other room any time you showered the shower leaked everywhere bc the shower curtain wasn’t long enough to reach the bottom so water just poured out constantly. The advertised having breakfast and there was none. It was a horrible experience with this hotel and I would not recommend or ever go back.

The room had everything i needed for cooking. It was very spacious and comfy. Associates we all very friendly, and check in was very fast and easy. My only issue was the free breakfast was closed. But overall a very good stay
