As always the accommodation was excellent. The welcoming staff from security to front desk with a smile and courteous. Love to spend time during the evenings at level 1 lounge was relaxing and great hospitality from the waiters. There are always room of improvements to focus on customer / guest attractions. Thank you will visit again if the pricing is wright.

The hotel room is clean. Breakfast is excellent..Counter service at main lobby is effective and good..
I was on a stay for 2 nights at this hotel and everything was so good and up to standard....Definitely will go back to this hotel again.....

Hotel is clean and well equipped. Breakfast is good. Attentive wait staff. Centralised location to malls and ferry terminal.
Special kudos to hotel staff, especially the room service team.
Special shout out to front desk staff Ms Ani quickly assisted to troubleshoot an issue with my booking.
I will definitely return and strongly recommend to anyone visiting Batam.
