Excellent Staff, Clean room, Breakfast.

Very good hotel and easily accessible from train station.

Everything was great about this property. Close to all transportations, a lot of supermarkets and restaurants around plus stores in general, without the touristy noise of other places. There was a water fountain at the floors so you could refill your bottles at anytime with cold, regular or sparkling water! The AC worked great considering the Paris heat at the time we were there, plus the absence of AC at the majority of the places. We will definitely stay there again when we come back to Paris!

The room was very clean. All staff were curteous and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent. I would be staying here again.

Due to a travel issue with the airline we couldn’t make our check in and the hotel would not adjust our date and wouldn’t refund us. Very poor customer service. Use with caution.

The breakfast menu was good. I would have liked more fresh fruit options. Missed the smoked salmon offerings that I had at my last Marriot stay in Paris.

Our family of three enjoyed a spacious, updated suite. Staff were professional and warm during check-in. The only hiccup was house keeping did not leave a pillow or top sheet on the pullout bed. I waited for almost an hour after messaging through Bonvoy app, I had to call the concierge. Room service knocked on the door after we had fallen asleep. Overall, we relaxed during our stay and would love to return.

This is a large hotel that handles large groups quite well.
