極佳 This was such an amazing hotel. The views are stunning and depending on your room you get a wonderful view of WTC. The soaps and shampoos are santal 33 which my wife loved. Our beds were comfortable and they even provided robes and slippers. I dont often write reviews but this hotel was a really cool spot

很好 The hotel boasts an exceptional location. While the gym is satisfactory, the pool is notably diminutive and closes at 4 PM, which was somewhat disappointing.
My girlfriend and I returned from dinner to the hotel to enjoy a beverage on the rooftop bar at approximately 10 PM, only to find it closed. Despite our initial annoyance, the front desk clerk demonstrated remarkable hospitality by providing us with a bottle of Prosecco to commemorate my birthday.

Aside from not being able to check in at 3 p.m. or have a late checkout, the suite itself was amazing. Really nice decor, lots and lots space, and lovely city views. Extremely helpful and friendly staff, and room service was quick.
