the place was a mess... it looks like the place was newly constructed... its not clean at all

It's really hard to figure nd anything good about this place other than its location. I knew the condition would not be all that good and prepared myself for that. But it was still a disappointment.

The bed was so short that even my smaller girlfriend didn't fit in in length. Also our phone chargers dissapeared on the last day. Contrary to the pictures there was no window to the outside. The location itself was very close to Victoria Harbour and the Kowloon ferry terminal

My room was upgraded. More spacious , comfortable with a great private bathroom. A pleasant stay for us. Tq.

The size of the room is super tiny I know it's cheap but I could find the hotel with this cheap price but a little bit bigger and better bathroom last year. Hot water didn't work for 3 days and I had to went to the staff several times to tell them but nothing was fixed I had to shower in cold water for 1 night and the next morning it happened again and again (but at night it worked)

Not the same as the pictures. They also did not say that own bathroom actually costs extra!

We booked this place very much as somewhere to crash and leave our bags during our first weekend in HK as we knew we'd be out late. Our room ended up being in Chungkung Mansions rather than Mirador Mansions as advertised - this is not uncommon with HK guesthouses. While walking up through Chungkung Mansions is always quite an experience, once you actually get to the New Kowloon Hostel bit everything was clean, quiet and fine. We were upgraded to an "ensuite", possibly the world's smallest ensuite but a nice touch all the same! This is one of the cheapest rooms we saw advertised in Hong Kong and it was definitely good value for money.

Staff were very helpful. Will come back to this place. Close to a lot of nice areas in HK. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Your Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The lift might be troublesome that are not going up from 8th floor. U need climb stairs for inquiry front desk. suggest to build one PABX for each floor. second, The toilet doesnt have sliding door...and it broken. Suggest to repair it for convinient. I hope would stay again.and with little improvement

Photos posted not tallied with the ones I booked. No towels given and the TV was down, no phone connection to reception. TV down on one of my rooms, my Son went over to inform them and was told that would be there to fix the problem . It wasn't fixed at all even at the point of check out. However, having said that , for that kind of price, that type of room condition is expected just that , it shouldn't deceive the consumer by posting that kind of photos of the rooms.
