極佳 Beautiful location, rich breakfast, super nice staff. Bikes are available to tour around the lake and there is a shuttle bus to take you to a shopping center nearby. The only negative was the elephant feeding place near the hotel, which chained the baby elephants in order to make money from the visitors feeding them. I informed the hotel and hopefully they’ll take action to prevent this business as part of their social responsibility. Otherwise, all pleasant feelings!

The resort is ideal for a family vacation. Very friendly and hospitable staff that will help you with all. The rooms are clean and spacious. The Mai Khao plaza is 5min away.

The staff are amazing - so friendly, helpful and professional!
The rooms are bright and comfortable, however, there is nothing Thai about them - not a single ornament or picture.
The grounds are huge with plenty of shade but sadly the pool is too small and extremely noisy (lots of children) for the number of guests, which is the biggest disappointment.

極佳 We had an excellent stay. Service was good, rooms and breakfast were great. Facilities in kids club were not as comprehensive as some others, but they had good service and activities.
