The location of this hotel was great.
Having to take one elevator to the lobby and then another elevator to get to the guest rooms was a pain and could be quite time consuming.
The breakfast bar was overpriced for what it was.
The staff was wonderful.

The staff was welcoming and helpful at the front desk and lounge and while you had to take 2 elevators to get to your room, I appreciated the added safety that it provided. The only draw back was an elevator that was out of order a few times.

Location was Excellent since I wanted to stay in the Heart of Times Square. Room service was Great and Employees very hospitable. The only thing that made the trip uncomfortable, was one of the elevators out of 3 kept jumping. skipping floors. and slow response. Other than that it was a Great and comfortable place to stay.
