極佳 Great location. The staff that checked us in was amazing!!!! The next morning we needed front desk help and that person was rude and unsavory. Otherwise it was a wonderful trip and if everyone could operate like the guy that checked us in, it would be a solid go to in Tribeca/downtown.

低於平均 I booked Premier King, River View, High Floor. But I got Queen bed, No River view, and low floor. The front desk didn’t even tell us as if we booked the lower paid room.
The bar is relatively decent but do not order coffee there. They use packets of pre-grounded coffee powder for the expreso machine.
