Five us stayed here for one night, staff was super helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The rooms were wonderful, clean and comfy. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Housekeeping was not responsive or cleaned very well . Other than that the staff was nice and property was clean. The room did not get cleaned well. Parking is hard as well.

They put my parents in a ground floor room, so there was no other room available for them when they wanted to leave. The carpet was sticky and the room wasn’t clean, and it smelled. The front desk person was very rude and not helpful. An absolute waste of our resources to put them up there. I never leave negative reviews but this one definitely qualifies for that.

The pool was wonderfully warm. Didn't even miss a hot tub.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Beds were soft and comfortable. Loved that the property has an indoor heated pool! Continental breakfast was great. Just minutes from downtown Ithaca (commons, Cornell gardens, etc). Highly recommend eating at Old Mexico (just a few doors down and sooo yummy) and Ithaca Bakery (which was fantastic and even has gluten free options).

Would stay her again! Friendly staff.

Rooms were clean, staff were very friendly, parking was available conveniently and for free. I specially loved how this site provides complimentary water bottles, fresh-baked cookies, and 24hr coffee. Breakfast was good with many choices, but my only gripe was that oatmeal container was lined with thin plastic, really?...cooked oatmeal in a thin plastic?? Otherwise, everything would be excellent. Since there were choices (although I was excited for availability of oatmeal before I opened the lid), I still give 5 stars.

Room was clean. Breakfast was good with many options, Pool clean and heated. EV Chargers !! Able to walk to fast food and a great Mexican restaurant

Everything

We canceled the stay. The room smells very bad, we asked for room change. Even we arrived very early, most people not arrive yet. The guy at the checkin counter didn't allow us to change to other room. He forced us to cancel the stay. It was a terrible experience to us, so sad.And so mad.
