The hotel was a nice stay. Would recommend it, the room was hot, and they have centralized ac. So I had to leave the window open but it worked out without any issues. They have a lot of stairs but the staff carried my luggage up the stairs. They were kind and helpful. I liked the onsite restaurant and the staff there as well.

Staff accommodated us when we complained about odor in room; I requested they spray but they upgraded us. Breakfast is very good with plenty of options. Bar time takes place at the breakfast room or in the lounge next to it. Once again servers/table-clearing women for breakfast and drinks+salad were super nice. We would stay there again and definitely have a meal at the restaurant. The center is within walking distance. A grocery store, restaurants, and coffee shops are nearby.

We had a lovely stay. The staff was so kind and helpful, and the bed was very comfortable. Be sure to get churros and hot chocolate for your afternoon snack!

Excellent property, location is at the end of city center. Easy walk to restaurants and grocery stores. Restaurants are open late. We arrived late in town and found all the restaurants open for dinner. Two times we needed assistance in the room, a safe we could not unlock and extra bathroom supply, staff was immediately at the door. Breakfast was excellent, lots of options.my daughter is vegan and she had fruits,vegetables,quinoa dish and kombucha teas are so appreciated. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Big room, really helpful staff. The food in the restaurant was excellent.

Room is very clean, Breakfast is good , front desk staffs were excellent, extremely helpful.

Clean rooms. Welcome patio reception, fire pit with mate and tortas fritas. No air conditioners. Decent breakfast included. Our bedroom door kept getting stuck.

Great staff. Pretty good location if Palermo Hollywood and Palermo Soho are important to you.

Beautiful view to the lake. Good food in the restaurant. Helpful staff. A bit old fashioned, but it fits the scene of calafate
