Room was great and roomy. Our room was on the third floor and there was a minor cliche with our TVs but they were able to fix it, and what do to if it happens again. No hairdryers so bring your own if you use one. Everyone was really nice! Great location as well.

Rooms were clean, breakfast was great. Excellent location!

The room was clean but they forgot to completely clean out the fridge in the room. It was a very clean room otherwise and location is great. Breakfast was good and had a good selection. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice staff, clean room, gym in good condition. Lots of chairs by the pool. Decent breakfast.

Hotel was beautiful, staff was very courteous. Pool was fantastic, plenty of room to not feel crowded and the gym was a very decent size for a hotel.

Pros - The room was great! Lots of room and although we didn't use it, it was great to have a kitchen (definitely will take advantage of that on a future trip.) Cons - Pets are allowed. The room beside us had at least 2 dogs that whined and cried constantly. Hotel should put pets at the end of the hall or on a floor of their own. Felt really sorry for the animals being left alone so much. The night before we asked for 1/2 an hour late check-out, they told us to check back in the morning. When we did, we were told it was $50! Seems rather expensive for 1/2 an hour! We stayed at their sister property, The Joseph, the week before,which is more expensive, and were given a 2 hour check-out for $0 cost.
