Nice stay! Close to so many tourist spots and sightseeing places! Loved the location

I was use to Marriott"s club in Boston. This is a far cry from that. It needs upgrading and generally spruced up.

Very clean and in great location

Over all it was an okay stay. Upon arrival we had to wait for our room and there was an issue with the payment from the third party. Not the way we wanted to start our stay. I spoke to the concierge and he said that for my husband he would send up apple cider as we don’t drink. We never received it. Housekeepers didn’t replenish the lotion, laundry bag and shower was half way cleaned. Not what we expected for the price we pay.

Nice property, perfect location, friendly staff. Would stay here again, definitely.

Very clean and large room. Conveniently located to attractions in fisherman’s wharf.

Front desk sent a nice package to our room for our anniversary. Gym was great. Unfortunately we had a woman in the room next to us who was very loud but not the hotels fault.

clean room, great staff. location is great. we had a suite and it was great. cleaned daily by the staff. lots of parking lots nearby if you don't want the $90/day valet parking offered by marriott vacation club.

The staff were great, they were very personable and attentive.
