The staff is super good, they really aim to please.I needed a roomroom due to a issue with a booking.The island help me out. The rooms is very spacious 2queens and a double.I apericiate them for there help.

Stayed here for Spring Break. Super convenient to South Beach.
Stayed here with a friend and was very spacious for 2 people.

Hotel is very run down.
Room was clean and large with useful kitchen area.
Staff friendly and breakfast selection small but sufficient.
Hotel lent out beach towels and chairs free of charge, really useful.
Beach about ten minutes walk away, which is the main advantage of the hotel ie its location.
Building needs much renovation

The staff was amazing. Very nice and accommodating crew. One staff member even walked to the store and got us ice. The property is old and not up to me or my friends standards. The AC worked very well, everything else was bad. The tvs didn’t work and there’s no resort. The deposit is only $100 which is good for Miami.
