Staff were great , however the hotel itself was in bad condition, looks like it had never been redecorated since it was built , No bar , the AC vents were full of dust and the chairs in the room had stains , for a Ramada hotel it was well below their standards.

Great breakfast, clean older hotel that I have used many times in past years. Traffic in the area very bad due to construction. Overall a good place that is located close to my needs .

the staff were all very helpful and friendly however i was disappointed by the standard of the rooms and hygiene levels.

Check in staff were great . The room was of executive level and not sure how a hotel of this size only has 8 sunbeds for the pool and it's a battle at 10am to get them . Overall was an ok stay

No bidet, unhygienic swimming pool, mould in bathroom, poor gym, bad location, no lobby seating, no balcony.

Room and pool were not good

staff work very hard to keep this hotel clean. Need better amenities like bigger hand soap. Need more detail cleaning in the rooms. Every day we had Indian tour groups and they were very noisy! They do shopping at night come back at about mid night then start packing doors open and talking loudly and going one room to other until 3 in the early morning. We complain to front desk and offered room change but all the floors were same! Someone from staff should go and asked them to shut room doors and keep quiet. Breakfast time also same, loud talking and full of people, but staff did good job filling up food items!
